Hello, my first reaction, I'm thinking to much out of focus components in the shot. To me all that out of focused stuff is a major detractor to the overall image and I;m thinking I would crop most of it out so that the lizard, basking in the sunlight becomes the image and the main component of the composition. I'm thinking crop it and you have a very nice image.

Lighting is good. Initial impact is the blurring seems to be of a different nature. I'm not sure I like but I do like it. The action is the basking lizard.
Cropping is good. I like the leaving a lot of surrounding shrubs around the lizard to we can see how he blends into his surrounds. Good move. Focus is good. No depth of field, used another method to blur unimportant things. Great color harmony. Center of interest is the lizard and that was shown through blurred surroundings and the color of the creature. Used some good techniques here.

Its a shame about the focus that really lets it down. Quite a difficult shot as they are quite flighty. To show to its advantage I would crop where indicated.

Love this . Don`t know what you`ve done to the flowers , but they are lovely .
Love the softness .
Didn`t expect to see a snake in there though , not really it`s natural habitat in a field of micklemas daisies !
