This is a very cool way to take some family shots!
The soft autumn colours behind them and along the ground are the perfect setting against the two big tree trunks.
Lighting and DOF are good.
It's an interesting and creative photo.

This is very creative. I love Fall and the colors that come along with it. The crispness and focus is excellent! The colors are gorgeous! I would have left more of the background visible. I think cropping a little less would make your subject matter stand out. Otherwise great shot! Thanks for sharing!
