Great photo and notes both, I love it. We have the similar sewing machine, my grandfather bought it when my mother was born, back in 1938.:) I love the shades you have added to make it look like an old photo, great impact. Beautiful setting, great details and most beautiful colors and lighting. Thanks for sharing.

Very lovely shot of a old work of art. My grandmother and my mother had one. I can remember as a child looking through the drawers at pincushions, straight pins bobbins - all the cool stuff needed by a seamstress.

This is just like the Singer I got when my grandmother died when I was 12. The focus is the 'Singer' brand name for me. Thanks for a lovely story, glad you shared that. I would like the wood cabinet to be lightened up a little. They were a beautiful machine. Thanks for sharing.
