This is so beautiful, I didn't have the opportunity to see these animals in nature, although there's a small heard just behind my home in the fields, my mum saw a mother with three little ones this week, but every time I get up early they are not anywhere near. Wonderful photo, really seems like it's not afraid of anything. Thanks so much for sharing this beauty.

Thank you so very much! They learn Quick to run and hide. The problem like all deer they have no sence about the highway. I have seen several of these little guys killed on the roadways.

Great fawn. Impact and interest level 5. Very good DOF and nice sharp focus. Composition is good and the colors are nice and clear. Also a nice uncluttered background. I would say there may be a little too much negative space and a slightly tighter crop on the top and left would look better. Of course thats just my opinion. But on the whole a very nice capture of a pretty little deer.
