How beautiful and can feel the the serenity of the image Lisa! You captured a wonderful and amazing image with the red of the swans beak so vibrant and pronounced over the blue of the water. Wow a black swan how cool. If you like swan's you should look into King Ludwig of Germany (the fairy tale king) and his obsession with swans. It's interesting. Anyways, this is a really neat piece of art. THanks for sharing.

What a very eccentric individual. Did you know his castle was the inspiration for the Disney castle? Couldn't find much on the swans under him with the exception that he was obsessed by them as well as opera. I'll have to look some more later on. He has an intriguing tale. I love, love, love the rich blue of the water here, as well as the slight vignette to draw our eyes to the swan. There is nothing I don't like about this picture- its perfectly timed, perfectly shot, and its absolutely lovely.
