Well he is certainly charming. The colors are natural looking and initial impact gets right to the colors and shape. I see a slight softening on front left paw, but may be light. Good composition.

thank you so much donna for a wonderful review, and you are very obsevant. His front left paw doesnt have the detail in it because I had to guess at what it should look like. Every photo that i pulled up as a reference of a tigers paw was soften and didn't have detail so I had to go with guess work and it came out like that. thanks so much for looking so closely at this painting it means alot that you took the time to review it

I do enjoy his beauty. I think you did a wonderful job. The tiger looks great. Good color and the strips look good too. the golden yellow background makes the cat stand out just right. Good job on the face. Well Done!

This is beautiful the way you have done it. The detail in the tiger is excellent. I like the way you have him looking at the viewer. I like the way you did the yellow behind him. I like the way you did the ground. The horizon line is off. If you look on the sides of him the right side is below the line on the left.

yes your right Anne I noticed that after I was finished with the painting, it was by erasing part of the background to add the filter, but after I looked at it it seemed better than straigh however since the ground that he's laying on looks like carpet it reallyy doesn't make much sence then huh LOL, back to the drawing board and paying closer attention.

I do like what you have done here. I like the background color. It compliments the lion. I think you have done justice to the focal point itself. It is a faint smoothe, and I wish you would have put that in your notes, but I like it. Great technical ability.

I love the incredible softness of the piece. The warm color palette is rich and inviting. What a sweet tiger I love the look he is giving us. Very nice technique and worth the time spent on him. The lighting really makes him come to life.

A gorgeous tiger - I have no idea how to go about creating a digital painting, I can only imagine it wouldn't be easy. I'd like to try and figure it out someday but for now I like the old fashioned way:) Excellent work! You're very welcome! Michelle
