I love colour and this image is full of it. The bird is well executed though his colouring seems a little muted. The beautiful green foliage is very nice, but very distracting in the overall image and the texture of the sky is very different than the rest of the image. I guess that although I love all of the parts, they are not greater than the whole. Thanks for sharing Cyn

You are right there are discrepancies between the background and the bird. I tryed an more realistic style for the bird than usual and had to discipline myself to pay more attention to accurate detail. I used an older picture as background, but it dos not match completely.
