It is easy to see that it is raining in this shot, but I am not so sure it is storming. It is a lovely scene though with the flowers in the foreground and the fence in the background, and I especially like your POV creating such fine leading lines bringing the viewer into the composition.

I can see that you have used filters, and of course this has an affect making us think the photo is not sharp. I do however think most of it is, apart from the flowers in the foreground. I believe they were blurred even in the original, and I think this photo would have been even better if they had stood out better.

The composition is however very good, and the photo is nicely framed. An all together well taken photo, but in need of better sharpness of foreground. Still I wish you luck with the contest.

Wow, what a wonderful way to show rain, the bouncing water droplets on the sidewalk are perfect and the flowers in the garden really bring a nice touch of color to a naturally gloomy scene.

Well... it's quite stormy outside! One can clearly see the raindrops dancing on the pavement. However, there is a lot going on in this photograph ...flowers, tree trunks, grasses, fence. I would really like to see a sharper focus on especially the flowers. I know the dark weather makes the DOF difficult to deal with.
