Wow! I love this one! The starburst of the lights is usually achieved with a post processing tool. You have them naturally. Your horizon is straight, your colors are stunning and real and not over saturated and your composition is perfection framed with the small building that is gaining the boats attention is slightly off center. Perfect! Thank you for sharing.

I like the subtle colors on this one more than the bright ones on the companion posting. It has a very peaceful look. I like the tiny bit of light in the sky and the very nice diffraction stars around lights.
