This is an interesting photo-representation, especially for its creative, focal geometry, depth, media treatment and well-balanced composition. Nicely done and thank you for sharing.

Meg, I really appreciate your gutsy-ness in putting up images that you have worked on.
I like this on so many levels. It is out of the box. We can see you worked hard on getting a different POV and it works as does the gradient darkening in the two bottom corners.
This is really high contrast with hard black and whites predominating giving it an almost oversharpened grainy effect and that may appeal to some but not to all.
The horizon cut rule has been applied and it works. Our brains really are trained to see two train tracks and you are asking us to focus on one...good idea.
Interesting and inspiring and it is through your manipulation where you teach other artist's to venture out of their comfort zone and try something new and different....and for that I thank you.

I like the angle of this shot with the one rail down the middle of the page. The black and white work well for this picture. Nice detail throughout the photo. Nice work.

A superb shot of the rail taken from a unique angle giving a stunnung perspective view of the rialroad. The black and white finish appears very apt. The balance and the light and shadows make this a first class post. Thanks for sharing!

Wow you found a handsome position and distance to create this DOF - the B&W choice fits perfectly - great tunnel effect - super focus, contrast and lighting is good - your shot is clear and sharp and really invites to look into the deep
a well framed picture - well done

this is a great b&w of the subject. Long DOF. The focusing and the lighting is super.i love how the tracks are positioned off to the left which makes for an interesting effect. The leaves lying on the tracks add texture and also catch the viewers eye. Great choice to use B&W. Really well done.

An interesting perspective that looks great in this contrasty monochromatic presentation. I like the view along the rail and that little tunnel in the background.
