Very good use of the available tools to create the shot. The original photo wold have been a strong image as it was. The "selective" rays in the zoom really takes the viewer into or out of the image depending on how one sees. Good colors nice composition. Well achieved. Good luck in the contest.

Impressive,,looks like the city in the Nora Roberts series she has in the future with flying cars, very in the future look,,love all the different colours of the lights and the fact that the city looks empty at this hour, very creative way to see it
