He indeed looks like a symbol of the make-believe-world especially with the spotlights and the famous Hollywood sign in the background. You paid attention to detail and draw a good likeness of the actor. Perspective, proportions and shading are accurate. The artwork is well composed and framed. The composition is balanced.

You have indeed picked a very famous and popular person for this contest, and I could see straight away who it was. It is easy to see that you have paid very good attention to details. Especially the eyes are done well. I also like the color pallet you have used.
I am however not sure the background is working. The spot lights on each side are very distracting and is taking attention away from the actor. I Accept of course, that this is a matter of taste. I do also think the text at the top is OK.
The format and framing is Perfect and the actor has got a fine placement together With the text. An all together well done drawing, and I wish you Luck With the contest.

When I created this piece I was careful in choosing the right colors. I wanted to capture that dreamlike quality of Hollywood and celebrity. I also tried to capture the essence of Mr. DiCaprio. I feel I have attached this. Thank you for your constructive critique, amazing review and five star rating.

When creating this piece I was careful choosing which colors to use. In the end I am quite pleased with the results I achieved. The color scheme really give this portrait its dreamlike quality. Thank you so much for your generous and five star rating.

The colors I used when creating this piece really appealed to me. They have a dreamy quality which I believe give the portrait a surreal feel. I thank you so much for the great review and five star rating.
