This is a really beautiful shot...I love it when the snow rests on top of every branch like this. It is so peaceful and quiet. Nicely chosen composition. The slight blue in your white balance intensifies the relaxing feel of the shot. Thank you for sharing, all the best in the contest

Heavy snowfalls aren't at all unusual up here in northern New York state in Winter ( or in late Autumn or early Spring either! ) and I personally don't like them but I'm certainly enjoying this Well-Presented photograph!

I will have to take one of these probably tomorrow as we are seeing a snow storm right now for about 10 cm, makes the trees so nice, this is what I like to call winter trying to stay even when its march lol

March snow is nothing unusual around this part of the world 2 to 3 storms with a heavy accumulation.
White balance control is excellent, no blown out areas. great definition of the tree limbs.
Good camera technique coupled with fine framing should do very well in this contest ... Bob

Thank you, Bob. I appreciate that. I sure hope so. I live down south and we have few snowfalls, rarely in March. I have taken hundreds, probably thousands of pictures but never had an outstanding camera, but hope to get a new one soon as I can. I'm glad the white balance was excellent. I must learn those things. My Canon, now on the clunk, probably had everything set when I used it. I can learn a lot from you and others that are outstanding photographers.

I love the way snow changes the trees and bushes in the woods. It covers the branches with a coat of white fluffy niceness. The shot tells the story. Nicely balanced and in focus. Nicely done. good luck.
