It is an unusual view to share and your focus on the fantastic eyelashes is what you got. The grayscale is nice too, the detail in white around the bottom shape of the eye.

Awe, there is nothing like the eye of a horse! I like this close capture to emphasize the eyelashes of this horse.
Well focused, this image is clear, exposure is correct . I see nice tonal variations in the B&W.
You have brought out such good detail in the horses soft face and those lashes! This makes me miss having horses!
Well composed and presented!
