Your mixed media is breathtaking. The rafters seem to glow with inner fire, while the blue light falling through the openings between the columns below cools the heat. Apparently, we are beneath a boardwalk on earth, but the place looks alien. Your photo has good depth, is perfect focused and exposed, and expertly treated with mixed media. The POV elongates the perspective and emphasizes the red glow of the rafters. The mixed media is excellent composed and framed. The composition is balanced.

It took me some time to realize what I was actually looking at, but I got it, and it is indeed a photo with a strong visual impact because of the vibrant red colors. I also like a lot the abstract feel to this photo.
It is a sharp photo with clear details, and I also like lot your point of view creating such fine lines and shapes.
The format and framing is perfect, and I think it is a fine flow and balance in the composition. It is a great looking and well taken photo Steve, and I wish you luck with the contest.
