Sounds like you had a wonderful time bonding with nature, experiencing the gifts of nature and tropical Jamaican cooking. Such a fine place to let loose and relax. I would have had to skip the braded hair and beads, myself. This picture says it all. Ray

A good looking image presented here, together with interesting notes too! Initially, before reading your notes, I thought I was looking at location in Africa. Textures, colours and tones are good. Exposure and sharpness are fine. Nicely done!

Wonder if it was expensive to stay there,that aside its better than those big expensive exclusive hotels where you can stay on all inclusive[which i hate] as you can be in any country,we prefer to stay at family run hotels and eat out which we feel you get to meet local people and more important you contribute to the local community...Brian

We didn't worry about the cost as the experience was worth it; Like you said its more rewarding than these corporate hotels.

Anyway, I like you how you have composed this rock house showcasing its native design like a triangular roof made of straws and the ocean in front. Excellent angle, but lighting is a bit harsh in some areas especially some of those wall. A great scene and you have your memories to tell.
