Interesting arrangement of flowers and it does grab the eye with the color.
Composition wise find that the two leaves in the center that bisect the image also are very distracting. Although the image is colorful, it appears to have an excvessibe bit of saturation and contrast. The bright areas on a few flowersare over exposed with a loss of detail.
Would suggest backing off a bit on both the saturation and the contrast.

Composition is pretty good, although it needs a bit more space at the top. You have four fluorescent colors here and they compete for the viewer's attention, giving it no central focus for the eye. The colors come off looking garish and random. You'd have been better off enlarging a few flowers to have a center of attention with more detail and no more than three colors.
