Oh my..what a lovely companion piece to the black swan! I would love to see these framed and hung together..now you just need some little swan fuzz balls! (as a reminder, that romance leads to little ones!) The water movement is truly lovely..and all kidding aside, it is romantic! donkeyoatey

Wow this is excellent. The way you have captured the almost stillness of the water with the swan/goose moving ever so gentle into the picture. Excellent composition with great placement of the main subject. I also like the way you used the B&W effect on this. Thanks for sharing.

This is a wonderful photo of a swan and it is so effective in BW. I really like the soft silky look of the water and the wonderful ripples to give it life and show the motion in the swan. The pose shows so well the elegant lines in this bird.

Your focus is pin sharp showing lovely details in the feathers and the use of light is excellent. Nice dynamic range with nice contrasts between light and dark.

The placement of the swan within the frame is excellent. I like the adding of negative space in front of the swan. Gives the viewer a feeling of space for the bird to swim into. This image is really beautiful and it is indeed well balanced.

This is beautiful the way you have done this one. I like the way you have it in black and white. The way you see all the ripples in the water is great. I like the way you have composed this one and only see part of the swan. An excellent and beautiful picture.

Very nice composition and very interesting angle of shot. Good lighting. Focus good to see details of the feathers on the neck. I like the mixing of the shapes and lines: the reversed question mark like neck and the circles in the water. What if you flip the picture left to right, so to suggest the question mark to the circles and what hides in the water?...

Another excellent Swan shot. The conversion has been done well. The slight sepia adds interest as does the reflection in its beak. I can almost feel the texture of that neck. What makes this stand out though are the ripples. Mitch

I do love the angle this is shot at. Great with the b+w as it becomes so vivid. Just a hint of the eye and perfect graceful neck and the title again excellent! A very good mood picture I can see this one hanging on the wall. Well Done! thanks for the view! Bev

Nice and interesting pose of he swan as he looks away from you but the beak is still visible. Like the tones and just seems to give the image more details in your sharp focus! Excellent framing to show him off so close. He looks furry. The water shows movement and the ripples are wonderful. Beautiful shot Lisa!
