Great pose, like the composition, the soft background, and muted colors are set off very well by those blue eyes. Can not quite place the look, but it is somewhat haunting. Great lighting, and love the sharpness of those wonderful eyes.

This is a really stunning shot of this girl. Love the brilliance of her eyes and the beautiful bokeh in the background. I do think your watermark is very distracting as it makes it look like there is a pattern on her clothing that I don't really think is there.
