A nice display of these orchid flowers, good DOF keeping all the flower in focus across the image. The framing is well balanced. I feel its shame that the lighting is not there to really give these flowers lift but that is only my opinion.

The beauty of this image is in the natural flow you have captured and the comfortable margin all around.

Furthermore, not only is it beautifully and naturally composed it is sharp as a tack and purple (with pink) is my favourite colour. I live in the land of orchids (Thailand) and find your catch inspirational and will have to try something like this with the capture of the background softened and not competing at all with the main stars (who, let's face it, are really showing off for you).

It would not have hurt the image at all had you left a touch more margin at the bottom but that is really neither here nor there.

The ambient light in which this image was shot is perfect. You have absolutely no blow outs on the white, the exposure shows the richness of these blooms. Your depth of field is A1 perfect. All are sharp and singing with joyful exuberance which is passed onto us, the viewers.

I love the naturalness of this shot, it's honest in it's beauty.

Compositionally well done and technically superb! (and you already knew all that)

I grew this one. Thanks for the five. Yes, they grew wildly. My DAD used to collect these Moth orchids of various colors direct from the jungle.
