When I first saw this I thought it was a painting by Cathal O'Malley. Lucky you to get to photograph one of those wonderful Connemara views. This is truly a super shot with a wonderful depthful composition carrying the viewer right into the mists. Lush natural colors, perfect nuanced lighting, and fine detail make,this one to be proud of. Excellent.

I like the layers here,,they seem to sun along with the same angles but different height and colours appear lighter the further you are from them,,the blending of the sky and the last peak is interesting, love the water (lake) at the beginning, what a pleasant place to take a photo of,,

It is interesting what can be done with a Photo shop program. I would have liked to see a before and after, to see what you lifted or lowered; just what changes you made. Would be educational, what & why.

Your kind and interestng review is appreciated! Yes, Photoshop can do many amazing things. All I did with it was essentially to adjust the brightness and contrast of the shot to how I remembered the scene. Thanks for your big 6 too!

The overcast and mist definitely cast a mood.
In some ways this is how I've always imagined Ireland.
Your camera settings have brought a lot to the life of this take.
Color range is narrow but that is understandable given the location and weather.
Very well framed. A well balanced take. Just enough water, land and sky.
I can't find any aspect of this shot that needs adjusting.
