This shot is truly mesmerizing. Despite being short on time, you managed to capture the essence of peace that waterfalls give. The symmetry of the picture is also very pleasing to the eye, forcing one to focus on the water falling down. The colors also look amazing. Thank you for taking an amazing picture.

This is a good waterfall shot. The colours are good, as is the lighting and it appears to be in focus. I also like the shutter speed that you have used as the water is still but not too blurred.

Hi Cindy, I set the camera to bracket three shots @ .6, .8, and 1sec. I like to call this method the "Goldie Locks Paradox". Sometimes it works very well, and sometimes not so much. For this diminished water flow .8 worked well.

I'm not a 'serious' photographer so the effect of the equipment you used for this picture isn't something I'm concerned about.
I simply think that this is a good looking image and I'm enjoying it very much!

Hi Sean .. The specifications and copious notes are a throw back to my film days. Back then it took time to process film and the reasons and specs of a particular shot would not be remembered. So I got in the habit of keeping a journal for each shot - talk about being anal!
