You did a very nice job with black and white on the dark and rainy morning. You have an interesting picture with good initial impact. The silhouette of the friend and the vegetation against the stormy sky is striking.

Thank you so much. The mist was a gift of nature to me,truth most photographers wouldn't call it a gift.I played shooting color, sepia and black and white. I liked the BW best it somehow made the mist more visible.

I think the black and white probably presents this scene more effectively than color. Especially the cloud formations in the sky. Your friend is an added bonus that adds great storytelling ability to the photograph. Nice contrast. Impact, clarity, lighting and composition are very good. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you very much. I agree with you. I played with color, black and white and sepia that day but in my opinion black and white shows the mist and the clouds best.

The clouds are beautiful, even using the black and white which really accents the picture since it was a gray day. Love her sihloute. You captured it well. Like the foreground slanting downhill.
