Good Catch, getting in close to show the details of the cave, and structure give it a lot of impact. Too often many try to show it all, and lose impact as attention is divided..

Details from Highlight to mid-tones and dark areas to blacks, give it a VERY good tonal range.
It is best to set the blacks first, and sharpening, during pre-processing. It is evident you have done this.

Reviewers can only review what we see. As my time is limited, only review, subjects or images I like first, and try to give helpful suggestions. But, this needs no help.

These Points were considered in the rating of this piece:
Initial impact
Creativity
Color harmony
Center of interest
Technique
Technical excellence
Story telling

A challenge for an artist can be to make their work look as good online as the original subject or better. Its like Im right there looking at the cave myself.

Excellent photo of this amazing place, you did a great job here. I love the low angle for this shot, natural colors are outstanding and lighting was beautiful. Great focus and depth of field to show the beauty. Perfect contest entry, best wishes.

Very nice capture here however, I think I would have shot this in the vertical mode to show more of the area below the entrance. Nice work.

Good artist notes that added much to the image and told a story. Clear clean image with good focus, colors and clarity. Well framed and love the detail shown of the large cave.

That opening looks rather high to be an entrance, unless the ground in front of it has fallen away.
Nice photograph. I like the tree growing in the cave entrance.
Good detail and colours.
Good luck in the contest.
