Cool,Nikman!
Otters are sleekly impressive aquatic creatures and your photo of this slightly apprehensive looking pair makes for a pleasantly attractive image to view!
'Good Show',my friend!

Whatever they're looking at, they're certainly looking intently. I love to watch otters laying on their backs breaking clams on their stomachs with a rock. Nice capture with their positions. Excellent framing, lighting and focus.

A beautiful pair of otters in a fine natural looking setting. I like the composition and the great colors. The otters are shown in fine detail with a good catchlight in the eyes.

nikman - A really excellent capture of a couple of otters.

Camera technique is fine. All important aspects of the Otters is razor sharp

Natural lighting is the best.

DOF, composition and framing are all complimentary to the scene.

Overall a very sweet take ... B-)) Bob

This is such a sweet photo. The balance, lighting and subject is great. The otters look like a mischievous duo that you captured in the act. Simple but nice to create a story or info from the picture.

A cute & candid capture!!
Good, they don't look at your cam.
You can still crop a bit of the dried grass...
Just a friendly suggestion...

Natural illumination.
Sharply focused with fine features & soft textures.

(Was the tail tip really cropped in the original image?)
Was this captured in a zoo?

Thanks for sharing...

Thanks for your nice review! All suggestions(polite ones) are welcome!! Yes I did cut the tail of when taking this shot. Could not be avoided. No it was not in a zoo, but a reserve where animals can roam freely.
