This is another very good landscape photograph from you. A very well composed image with some great color in the structure. I like how you captured it nestled beneath a majestic mountain. Beautiful part of the country.

This is a great image, Debbie. I like the veritcal composition on this. Brings the mountains into perspective. The house looks so small next to them. Beautiful composition. Excellent work!

Of course the story is a good one too...
I think you captured the setting very well. I'm from western Montana myself and have seen a lot of properties that look like this. I love your composition, the sky, mountain and house are tied together well. The color of the house and that wonderful peeled pine fence really complete the pallette! Looks chilly, though...could you see your breath?

Thank you very much nituathaill!! Was chilly, but not as cold as it looks with the sun peaping. I really want to make a trip to Montana! If I couldn't live in Colorado, Montana would be my first choice!!

LOL yeah, always remember the test/reset buttons when working with those GFI outlets....boy they can light your life right up...lol (got fooled the first time I hooked one up, I wasn't paying attention to the test/reset, and I thought that I had hooked it up wrong, and it wasn't working...lol needless to say, IT WAS...) lol Anyway....to get to the photo....
I love the colors of this house, very nice...especially against the white snow...great clarity, the colors are well saturated, and the depth of field is well portrayed. Nice work Debbie, and looking forward to more "stories" from you!!

Thank you very much Christina!! Yep, those GFI's are good to have, but sure can be a pain when they go out! Last one that went out here was to the freezer in the garage but was 7 degrees outside so I just let it 'hang' a couple of days!

This is one gorgeous photo and a 'purdy good' story to boot! Thanks. All the details and lines are so sharp as well as a perfectly composed landscape shot. The light hitting the bare thick branches next to the house frames it so well. Marvelous photo!

This is just lovely. I like the amount of snow left in the foreground. The contrast of this house against all the other colors is fabulous and the background is breathtaking and incredible. This has got to be one of my favorites from you.
