When I was young my Father shot weddings on occasion, of course back then they had the big film packs for the studio cameras as well. Everything he did was B&W and was developed and printed in the basement. It is so different today, So many more shots can be taken and color is just as easy as B&W to take and "develop".

Ah, then you have been doing this for a while. I used to develop my own film, when I was a kid. I sure wish I had learned more then. I was interested in school work more than photography as a kid.

Thank you so very much! I would like to see more detail in the dress too! It is hard using a flash and keeping the detail on flash1 I now have a soft box for my flash and I hope that will make my next one better!

Nice pose and exposure. I am sure she will like this one. Great skin color. Sometimes I see the skin color is a little red due to poor amount of light from the flash. I would consider to darken the step because it seem a little distracting.

I like the simplicity of this shot. No flowers, which I think was a good idea. It is a lovely composition with good balance.

Very nice effort on your part. She is centered perfectly in the photo and your focus is nice and sharp and everything contrasts well with the background. Certainly, you have captured teh emotions of this girl on her important day as can be easily seen by the expression on her face.

Beautiful bride. Great picture of her. Her color is great. Her dress is beautiful. I would have if you have the ability is remove the alter from the photo. Even with it in there it is a great photo. My eyes are pulled in that direction.
