I agree with you. With all the empty spaces government or charities could create places for the homeless to get out of severe weather. I am like you. I cannot pass a homeless person without trying to help. I often buy them a hot meal. I rarely give money to them as many are drug/ alcohol addicted and I will not support those habits. But no one should go hungry.

thank you, I give homeless people a Mars bar, full of energy. When I first did it, it was because it was all I had in my bag, I thought he would scoff. He wolfed it down from then on I bought packets of Mars bars and always took several with me. Some then began to smile when they saw me approaching. If everyone did something..I wrote to our local council about it, much later I got an answer, it is not their fault they said!

It is a terrible condition that seems to be brought on by the "corporate" emphasis on profits rather than the "social" drive to improve the conditions of life for all people. A very nice shot although a deplorable condition.

I'm homeless too, being an orphan at 5 but was allowed to stay in some relatives homes as long I am working to make their houses clean & their gardens lush & verdant.

That's how miserable my life is for 56 years now.

So, I can relate to this capture.
I can feel how empty life is when you have no one to share your sentiments with...

thank you--well, thee and me together, you know, transit camps, refugee camps, children's homes, but some manage and some can't and sitting in deep Canadian snow is something else -
