Hey Iphone7, you have delivered another great shot. Thanks for the bio on the pig-nosed turtle. I don't know how much cleaning up you did, but you did a great job . Thanks for sharing.

Hey James,
Thanks a lot for your review. This is one of the most unusual turtles I have ever seen. I did a bit of clean up on the bottom of the tank as there was a big white part that he was swimming over. I had to erase and replace it so it all looked darker. Thank you again for your review my friend. Very encouraging for me ~ Steve

Wonderful mixed media photograph and so well done.I always like to swim with the turtles, but they closed the beach the last time I tried to do it. Perfect composition, details and colors.

Turtles are so interesting
I've never one like this! Wonder what the pig snout does for them? I like the
simplicity of this shot. The subject shows up well with the dark backdrop. Good clarity. Nice photo.

Very nice work BFF! Was this through glass?
Your colors and details look wonderful. Full focus from front to back.
Your darker surroundings brings him to life on my screen.
Well done BFF!

Thank you BFF. Yes this was taken at the National Aquarium. He was in a large tank so I had to work so as to not get a reflection. Fascinating turtle for sure ~ BFF

Nice close up shot of this pig-nosed turtle. First time I've seen one of these before. This one looks really huge. The clarity of this picture is stunning. The dark background lends itself very well with the turtle. Nice shot.

Thank you Kevin. This is certainly the strangest turtle I have ever scene. His size is about two feet long and a foot and a half wide. Just a very cool creature.

Steve,
A beautiful & interesting picture of the Pig-nosed Turtle head slightly tilted so that dark eye can watch you closely as it swims in the aquarium. Beautiful composition framing and lighting taken with superb camera techniques and sharp focus. I learnt something New today.
