Your shot is impressive. The mountains seem covered by snow and the water at the reservoir might have ice on the surface. Your photo is well focused and exposed and has good depth. I really like the two maim colors, blue and white. They compliment each other very well in this scene.
The foreground dark blue water makes such a nice contrast to the white snow on the distant mountains,
The lighter blue sky with the white fluffy clouds completes the scene.
