Yep first look they are identical. But at closer look you can see a difference. The mouths are a bit different so are their checks. But it could be how the photo was shot.

It is the way they were shot; i was just taking pictures of everyone at the get together. I will try to find another picture where they look like beautiful Orientals (They are German and wonderful ladies in every sense. I'm not just partial.) Thanks for the review.

This is a good picture of two sisters. Well focused.
It was nice that they were dressed the same as well.
Unfortunately the light between them is very distracting. I would suggest that you clone that light out.
Maybe next photo you take ask them to stand in front of a blank wall.
Other than that it is a fine photo.

Thank you, artist friend Linda. I just snapped this at a get together. The "in between" is what someone suggested as adding to, in a mirror sort of way.

The contrast, lighting and color are dialed in.
The central figures are well positioned and balance the scene. The choice of background could be improved.

Thank you, artist friend Bob. I just used a photo of the twins I happened to capture and it was in front of the restaurant window which I would not have chosen either were I having them pose for this project.

Thanks for the review, artist. Here they are not as identical as in some of their younger poses where they can hardly be told apart, but I couldn't find one of those as quickly.

The symmetry of this photo is uncanny, with the obvious reason of the two women here, but what really enhances this is the window's edge in the middle of the photo. It splits the photo into two halves and almost makes it look like a mirror image. I think that's a great effect, and I also like how the woman on the left is standing slightly turned at an angle, so that it gives the photo some more depth.

Oh my they certainly are alike! I have identical twin friends, now in their 60s, who very few can tell apart - I always felt very proud that I could, though more down to mannerisms and facial expressions though! Lol

Wow! Even as they are older they dress alike, Not too often you see Identical twins not taking their own personalities. They look like such lovely ladies and remind me of my grandmother. lol

Yes, thanks for reviewing and your comments. I do have photos of them that are even more alike but I would have had to search through too many photos. When they were young, they were exactly alike and always dressed alike, winning national and international contests. But they are so modest and my sister-in-law is like a mother as was my late brother, died of cancer when 53 after completing military service 22 years, completing college, and becoming an accountant for a firm.
