Oh this is very clever artwork. Both as a concept and the way it's been executed. I can identify with it so much and you've demonstrated so much skill here. The black and white works perfectly. This is a very creative and captivating art piece. Yin and Yang. Stop and Go. I agree that we all have this inner conflict from time to time and the resolution helps define us.
The drawing is beautifully done and the use of black and white makes the message stronger. Very well done!

Visual strong image and love the idea behind this one and yes guess at some point we all have conflicts sometimes guess that what humans do so this is really good in that respect,not sure why the line through the middle though,better without that but minor point as the idea still comes across and thats the main thing...Brian

Thank Brian, this is actually a two piece diptych that is framed with a black frame. I did it for a juried show and they only allowed simple black frames.

This defines the stark differences in black and white, but in reality there is a certain balance as you have noted, that changes constantly, swinging between two extremes defining your mood at the time.
