This is an amazing photograph of these Rock houses in Jamaica. I bet you that it is relaxing in those houses, especially with a nice breeze. Perfectly placed by the water, such a majestic scene. Excellent job, thank you for sharing!

The Rock House is indeed a relaxing place to stay. Each hut has steps down to the ocean. Local Jamaican women will come to your hut and cook a meal.

I like the way you shot this , it allows us to get a good sense of this hotel and the way it is situated here just above the water,
This is well focused, the image appears clear, however it appears a bit over exposed as the top of the huts has a purplish hue and the white stone portion is without detail.
I would have pulled back on the exposure and set white balance on 5200.
Otherwise , this is still quite an interesting image and I'm glad you shared it.

I like the way you shot this , it allows us to get a good sense of this hotel and the way it is situated here just above the water,

Looks and sounds an interesting place although I would have to have more than mosquito coils as they love me and I would be a feast for them.
The photo is however slightly blurred without the usual crispness of your images. Maybe due to conversion to pdf file.
Colors are good and the subject matter definitely unique.

Hi Michele, NO windows! I would think even with mosquito coils you wouldn't be to protected. With light on inside you'd definitely attract bugs! Don't have any protection from people breaking in either! Your a brave soul! I'm glad you had fun though! The rough rocks in front of these cottages is very interesting. Love the look of the cottages too! I also like the angle of the shot. ......You said this was 35mm. It must have been a while back because the color is off. There is a purplish tinge going on here. Other than the tinge you did a nice job with this! Sorry I had to mark you down. :o) Nancy

The photo is sharp showing clear and well defined details in every part of the photo. The colors look nice and natural and the exposure is very good.
The format and tight framing has worked well, and it is a fine balance in the composition. A truly lovely and well taken photo, and with a very good DOF.
