She is wonderful! I am 100% Greek born in America.My father and my mom's parents and siblings came here from Greece, the islands of Milos and Icaria. My dad passed away in 2019 at 100 years old. He died young at heart, mom too at 85. I say at whatever age, I want to die young. This image may be a wonderfully appropriate substitution for some character in my book. I chose Aphrodite because she is a relative. lol She was from my father's island hence Venus de Milo when the Roman's stole her. Icarus was from mom's family island by the way. I do need help keeping my theme for chikdren 9-12. I have taught for 25 years in the past and have my masters in children's Literacy buy I also have relapsing multiple sclerosis so it through off my career. You may know I was first an art major in college but switched to teaching then.
Just some background, my perspective. I could relate to this image from my own life. I've been blessed to work with chikdren, of all needs and backgrounds. It was my calling.
I think you've captured the light and flow of her gown in a composition which moves. The children are motivated and engaged. She appears to be motherly, leading the young girls in a strong happy direction.
This is unlike reality lately but it is very powerful and thought provoking. I write and create from my heart and this image appears to represent such an experience, so I enjoyed this.

Wow. There are so many beautiful elements to this composition. The children and the goddess are very realistic looking. As are the flowers, trees and the sky and clouds. I can't imagine the amount of work you put into this. It definitely shows a huge commitment on your part to your craft. Beautiful and dreamy.
