It does indeed look refreshing,especially if it's a nice hot day! She doesn't really look cold,perhaps mildly annoyed at being bothered while she's bathing so she's covering herself up. The blue colors throughout are lovely,I like the motion depicted in the waterfall as it splashes over her shoulder. Her hair is definitely soaked,some of it hangs across her face and her ears are peeking out. Very well balanced and nicely composed,a wonderful entry for this contest,wish you all the best with your water nymph!

It sure looks cold to me. I guess when you start getting snow (yesterday) the thought of standing under a waterfall becomes less appealing. A nice image though. Best of luck in the contest.

The image has a great sense of a legendary quality to it, so that the woman seems like a mythical figure who resides in the water, and this waterfall has a story like quality to it. The lack of contrast helps to leave room for the imagination as to the setting of this area, which enhances the story like elements to this drawing.
