It's the Orange Blossom special, Bringin' my baby back.
A beautiful Orange rose. I guess that sentence verifies the appropriateness of this entry to the contest - it is Orange. Excellent cropping - the scene is filled with orange. Camera settings are well within limits of accuracy. And with a little fine tuning of the settings petal texture and edges might have been more sharply defined.
All in all I like the post and I think it will fare well in the contest ... Bob P B-))

This is lovely, sorry to hear that the tree destroyed some, not good and sad for sure, hopefully you can save them after all. I love roses too, this one is really orange. I think this is a cool photo as you got real close

You entered the heart of this beautiful flower to delicately capture all its beauty. Beautiful close up, it may lack a little bit of sharpness, but maybe the lens didn't allow it, idk .. I see you water it , which is always a good idea, but we can't see the water drops well. Anyway, wish you good luck and fun in the contest.

A stunning color for your rose, I do love roses but can't grow them so photograph them sometimes. Love the way you have filled the frame and the focus is good. A good entry into the contest.
