Here we go, this is also again a 6 value presentation, and your artistic creation is fantastic, and your granddaughter will certainly keep this on her wall - your color choice is so harmonious, and I love your fantastic detail work so it looks like a photographic presentation and that means better is impossible - heart smiling face is attractive - the position makes her looking out of a window and the border is so well created with the same colors and the fantastic soft background that the presentation is very attractive
a great piece of art again, more than perfect, congratulations

A very beautiful grand-daughter you would be very proud of her and of your portrait which is done so well. The flesh tones are perfectly blended and the eyes are great. Glad you got the mouth right. Stunning hair. :)

Thanks for your nice review and encouraging support. Yes, the way she was looking at whatever--she was at the food bar with my son, who I removed her from to do my first acrylic portrait. Thanks again.

Lovely portrait- she should be very proud to have this both for the art and the sentiment. How does one apply photoshop to a panel in acrylic? I like the addition of the bars and the sentiment written below. Really personalizes this.

Thank you. When I drew into photoshop and resized, for a 8 by 10 for me a copy. Also, Could use the ruler (Which I am not all that good with. They never allowed us to use rulers in life drawing but we could in reproduction exact Masters' work or whatever.) to draw vertical & horizonital bars which of course you know.

This is a lovely contribution to the Painted Pink contest. You have done a wonderful work in acrylic painting such a realistic image. It looks more like a photograph.
The details in her hair and features are done in perfect detail from skin tone to the cute sparkle in her eyes. Very nice.

A good looking image posted here into the competition! Your fine and classical composition offers us an enjoyable view of your pretty granddaughter. Like the framing. Colours and tones are good. Well painted and good luck!

You have done extremely well for a first portrait. Your granddaughter is delightful and this personality is evident in your art. I am taken with her eyes, so realistic, beautiful and lively, they bring life into this. The lower body is a little stiff, if you added a few folds and creases to her dress area this would soften it done what. The skin tone looks correct and natural and I love the small detail of her necklace.

Your granddaughter is beautiful , like the way you have posed here . Very well rendered with good show of her facial shape and structure, I like her long brown hair and the way she wears it , pushed back over her right shoulder. Her facial features are well applied, she comes to life with your creation of her eyes.
Her facial expression is natural. I like the earrings and necklace she wears.
The pink background makes this a good entry for this contest ! Best wishes to you!
