I can smell puppy breath all the way over here- sweet,sweet image-good crop-allowing this little one to fill the frame- the expression in his eyes is one of curiosity, sharp with good detail,the image seems a little coarse-lighting maybe a tad bit harsh? still a very cute capture- good storytelling-

This is a great shot. Just so cute.

I looks a little pale, by that I mean it may need a touch more contrast.

If you have Photoshop, when I have shot like this, I go to Layers, fill layer and use black as a solid fill. I then in the layers tab use Fill light and adjust as needed. Elemant I think does the same thing. Just a thought.
