Its a beautifull digital painting, love the way you have shown the water effect, but doesn't looks like any storm around lol, else those birds wouldn't be that comfortable lol. An excellent composition and the colors all around. Well done and pleasure viewing it.All the best for the contest.

This is beautifully depicted. I like how different shades of blue and white can capture this scene so well. I can feel the raging of the sees and the birds need to flee. Great job

There is a fair display of agitation in the image and tumult on the water surface. The cloudy sky and color, and flying birds add to the over all presentation to depict the storm. Presence of curvature in the lines to show crashing waves would have added to viewer's perception. Nevertheless, it's a good try.

A certain power and substance to a digital creation. That is not always the case. Most seem to be a little flat. You have generated a very good depth to the waves and that is the key in my opinion. Great to view ,thanks...Dennis
