Yet again a beautiful piece of art.
You have a great technique that just makes the paper shine.
Would love to know , do you always have a subject or a picture in your mind or do you just 'make it up' as you go along.?

This is so fabulously expressive and rendered with great skill and style. I especially love her 'pose' and the great attention to detail throughout. Just fantastic!

I wish I could draw like this! To me, just adding your bits of shaes here and there turn out to be something so lovely and expressive! Great job! Nothing to perfect here! Annie

I love the face, the hair, the background,. I love the face, love it. I know how hard it is to get proportion perfect on a body, and this is a tough position, you did a good job, I also respect the detail on the chainmail. there is a lifelike feel to this. Very well done.

Hi there again James, this looks like a really neat looking composition here and the detailing looks grand too, although the belly needs a little more contrast as ,it loses depth with the high light there!
thanks

Excellent example of how to maximize a mediums inherent potential. I really enjoy the grey tones in this work. Im not sure what's radiating from the left side of the subjects head. Her mouth is a perfect pout. Well done.

I like your effect of the charcoal on the vellum. It gives the drawing such depth and texture. You did a marvelous job with the shading and the light here. I especially like the way you have shown the angles in her face. Very expressive.
