Another excellently expressive piece, Linda. I actually think your pencil rendering probably adds even more nuance in her expression than the original photograph because it takes it just a bit out of reality and into imagination. As usual, excellent highlights and shadows throughout with superb attention to detail. Well done.

This drawing is perfect. You are so talented it is easy to see why you are top ranked with a seal. This young lady is just relaxing without a care in the world. Her clothing and furniture scream another era. Great contrast and composition.

I think this is a very beautiful portrayal of a young woman, she looks like she is contemplating the merits of a few stolen moments to rest, to think of what might be. Very tender drawing, artistic quality is exceptional, well done.

The way I drew her was I began drawing her hand and I worked my way Over her head and

This was one of my first drawings, and it was a challenge. I just kind of played it by ear. Thank you for your wonderful review.

People had time to contemplate life and thoughts in those days. Very little time to sit and relax and commune with your thoughts these days.We have gained much but lost more of the simple things of life.
