It is really hard to hide from the windows of the soul. It tells everything if you are brave enough to LOOK. Sometimes we forget to look or are taken by something we see or feel but it is always there if we look with in. This lady has much beauty without and if you look within she has many treasures and sadness as she lives from day to day. She does look perfect on the outside.

Dearest Bingo,
Yes. The eyes, that behold the glory of God in His creations. The eyes that witness the birth of our children, and also look at the death of that same child. The eyes that gaze into the face of sadness, and joy and love. All of this and more. They lead directly to the heart.

Dearest Katya,
I didn't crop the work. What you see is how I drew it. I don't claim to be an expert artist. I just love to draw. It is a passion, but I don't have training. I wish I had formal training. But God, in all of His richness, give gifts to those who seek them. I am just blessed that He allows me to do what I do. Thank you for your wonderful review.

You did really good for someone without any training, it's hard to keep human proportions even for professional artists:))

Thank you and God Bless,

My first reaction to this artwork is that she is beautiful! Good creative presentation. Good technique. Excellent technical skills including the actual drawing which is very lifelike and accurate, good lighting/contrast/shadowing, well framed and positioned. Good depth of field/3-d effect. Wonderful point of interest. Great story telling ability. When I look at this drawing, I imagine she is unaware of her beauty which seems to reflect from her soul. She appears very real and genuine. Her eyes are captivating and connect with the audience. Great work and if I had any 6's left, I would award you with one.

This is so wonderfully done. The details are fantastic. But what makes this special in my thinking is your use of light, shadow and position. Ok throw that eyes into that category as well. What is really wonderful to see is how you dealt with the turn of the head and the shadowing of the nose on her right side but then the exposure of the light on her right cheek. Wonderfully done. Thank you for sharing this. Travlin1

I like that you did not centralize this composition! The eyes you have depicted are really expressive especially with the glint of light. Your shading work has produced some awesome detail. Your work on light and dark has produced some excellent textures. A great pleasure to view!

Hi,
("What a handy work and what Portraiture's name Lindamason "Windows of The Soul") Very much pleased to review another of your remarkable Pencil-drawings.. Always as usual, always a Well-known work and to the entire members within FAR. Her eyes.. The subject.. Eyes lids..Nose.. Lips..Hair..Dress and the background, but above all the synopsis note you were attached to it really indicating that you are truly Fine-artist, I prayerfully wishing to continue with your outstanding Darwing aptitude, and thank you for participating and posting this great one.

This is sincerely beautiful, especially the lighting. The model is certainly very attractive but I like the fact that she is looking quite serious which encourages me to look into her eyes rather than her other features. This is a very striking and thought provoking picture.
