This is an aptly named portrait and you have done an amazing job with the eyes. The rest of the subject is also very well done. Somehow with your "magic" pencil you have not only made her eyes sparkle but her satin dress shimmers too.

I have always enjoyed a close enduring stare at you pencil work and yes the eyes are quite captivating in this young lady. The light touch of a rose tone across the canvas is a touch I very much like, it seems to add a feminine touch.

Don't we love art? Yes, in every sense of the word. It is a world that is beyond this one and we love to go there. After finishing this one I am lost, and seeking new work at this moment. I must be creating. Thank you for your wonderful review.

linda yes we do!!! i'm allways in a hurry to finish most the time i have at lease three piece's going at one time.some time more than that it keep's me from being bored or thinking abuot what's next but i've been there done that !!! so keep on keeping on linda john

Hi. Thank you for your wonderful review. This was done with a mechanical pencil. I used a blending stick to acheive the lights and darks. To blend the lights and darks. God richly bless you for taking the time to review my work.
