Thank you very much for taking the time to dig in the vault of old drawings. This was a commissioned work. Bless you

I would give more stars if I had them to give. This is another beautiful piece by you. You can certainly see the family resemblance between mother and daughter. You've done a nice job with detailing in fabrics, hair, and fingers. It's all good!

I truly thank you. This was one of my first drawings after my Jamie died, and I wasn't too sure what to do. I just looked at the photo, and took it from there. I appreciate your wonderful review. How kind of you to express your opinion in such an informative way. God bless,

Mom and daughter look so much alike, you did a wonderful job on expressing emotion here! The girl lights up the screen with her smile and being held by mom, this is so pleasing to the eyes and sense of divine happiness! You have a wonderful gift to project the spirit of the lord through your magnificent ability to draw with such realism! The creases in the clothing in of themselves lend to this ability to bring truism to art! The bits of flowers bring nature into this setting which is purity and a refreshing sense of life through mother nature! There is a definite sense of days of old here, the clothing and hair styles speak of many years ago when life was much simpler! The little girl holding her tiny hands upon her dress is so sweet, it brings me a total sense of motherhood and the expression of life! Thanks for sharing your artwork, your talent will not go unnoticed! I wish I had a six left for you my dear! Take care and god bless you Linda!!!!

Thank you Ron. This is one of my first drawings, after Jamie died. A woman a church commissioned my to draw the one favorite photo of her and her mom, as her mom had Alzheimers. I am glad that you were so kind to write such a wonderful review for me. God bless you,
Linda

How delightful! The daughter has her mother's smile and eyes. I'm sure I don't have to tell you that momentos like these are priceless. You have done a tremendous job of rendering this image. The shading is very well done and the proportions perfect.

What a lovely and very old fashioned style of drawing. I really enjoy this one, and like the details. It really does appear to be drawn from an old photograph, you managed that technique well. Shirley
