What an adorable dog. I have a mutt too. They are the best. Poor Lucky had a rough start to life, but he looks happy now. I love the sand all over his nose. Looks like he was having fun.

Thanks for vieving and your friendly comments. Yes, Lucky is happy now and he was having fun. The sand on his nose and the look in his eyes is why I chose this picture. He is probaly the most untidy dog in the whole contest.

You have a great picture of Lucky. He looks as though he has been having a marvelous time in the sand. The lighting is good. The color harmony is good. The center of interest keeps one looking.

This is an excellent picture of your very special dog. You are very special to have taken him in and love him. I will never understand the cruelty of some people. You also must have a very special vet. He is beautiful. Excellent picture. I like the sand on the nose!

Thanks for your nice replay. I'm not that special. I just think the dog sold by breeders find always a home. These poor guys from the street need us much more. I had never a dog or cat what wasn't a rescue. These rescues know better than anybody what home and family means. Yes our Vet is very special.

Wonderful photo and very inspiring notes to go with. He is more than just being lucky after having thrown out of the window and hit by a car! He seems like a cute and playful dog. The photo is good and I like your composition to keep the shadow in the frame. Nice pose by the dog. However, the whole image is kind of bright specially the background is a bit too bright. Though, your focus is superb and delivers very good textural details. Overall a nice presentation. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you a lot for your generous and throuought review. Yes the light. I fight that here all the time usually take pictures in the early morning an the late afternoon unfortunately some of my equipment as my filters are still in Texas do to the restrictions on the plain what brought us home. I played around with the settings. That the slight sepia tone in it. I should have used a program but somehow it that didn't felt right.

How can people be so cruel? I am so happy that Lucky survived and found a loving family to take care of him.
This is a great photo. The golden light is very nice on his coat and the sand on his nose really shows that he has been having a great time at the beatch! Thanks for sharing.

This is Great! We've all Visualized that Mad Dog staring at us wondering what to do next and this captures him as well as Any other!

Is funny, witty and artistic also.. I hope the Artist can find humour in Animals as well as this on many More occasions!.. Great Job!

What a warm and fun photograph. I love how you captured this shot. Lucky with the sand on his nose and the expression on his face, it's like he has big smile on his face. Nice photo

This is a lovely photo of your gorgeous Lucky. I'm so pleased he's now living happily with you after the trauma of his early life. Lighting and focus very good. I like the angle you took this from showing the shadow on the sand. You've captured a great expression on his face. He looks a lovely natured dog. Very nice composition.
