I really like what you did with this. The ladder to the rainbow is a great idea. The only things that I don't is that is seems kind of pixelated in spots and part of his shoulder is missing. Other, than that, very cool. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you for your kind review. I'm afraid what you see as pixelation is a kind of gleaming [at least it was an attempt] what I put around the ladder and partly around the boy to signify the imaginative of the scene. The same with the shoulder. It wasn't missing before I put the clouds on it to signify: The boy passed throuought the clouds and there is a piece just stuck on to him. But I see what you mean here. I need to replace the blue with the white fluff of the clouds. I just didn't see it, my eyes were probaly to tired than. Thanks for pointing it out.

Very clever and very creative! Love how the ladder appears to have hooked onto the rainbow. With the boy on the ladder and in the sky, it's a great pic for a story of a boy on an adventure! The paint on his face even reminds me of his thoughts for some kind of disguise. Great job and Good Luck. Annie

I like the uniqueness to this photograph. The composition is very good as well as the lighting. The little boy seems out of focused to me and I'm not sure what all the red is on his face since there is not explanation. Maybe I don't have a great imagination....Good job though :)

Thank you for your kind review.
I put the fuzziness around the boy I did the blowing of the ladder. I didn't put the red paint on his face. He did it himself what it really mean you would to have to ask him. I have no idea what it was for him. He likes to disgust and play roles. For me it is a boy with imagination out to his world of adventure, Out to catch his rainbow. What did you play and dreamed of in this age. Try to remember. Than you may find the story.

This is a magnificent creation you have made. The upside down rainbow is something I have never heard of before. Thanks for telling about it. The boy on the ladder is adorable.
This is a great photograph.

Thank you for your kind review and the generous rating. I'm really honored.
Most people never saw the arc or even heart of it. I didn't until a saw this wonder myself and was so lucky being able to capture it.

Great creative concept, excellent technical execution and a charming view as the result. I'm sure his parents are thrilled with this, which shows a boy going to explore a place his parents didn't give him permission for, but looking very angelic at the same time. super work!

Additional Comments: Very creative and illustrative. Interesting comment you wrote. Colors and textures very well done.
Suggestions: would like to have seen the rainbow above the boys head, not behind..just a personal pref.

Thank you for you kind and generous review.
"There are always two people in every picture: the photographer and the viewer." [Ansel Adams]
The Bravais Arc over head the boy would be possible but interferes with my concept. He is in the process of "catching the rainbow" not longing or even climbing for it.
I allways appreciate your inputs even I don't agree.

Cool. I've never seen this upside down arc that you have described here. The combination of the two images is great. Wonderful imagery for storytelling. The colors and composition are very nice.

I didn't know that this upside down arc exist before I saw it. Most people have never seen one. I have seen the arc only once myself and was so lucky to capture it. I have read that the arc isn't that seldom as we think. We just don't see it since it appeared over head and most of us don't have the head [or the eyes] always in the sky. I also believe that we do have more optical phenomenon in the sky down south here then anywhere else.

Very clever creation. I hope your little cherrub gets his pot of gold from the rainbow. I like the glistening bunch of clouds behind him. Great show.

i love the idea of this picture, and i'm glad you didn't try to tell the story. the merging could have been done just a little bit better. the two very different sets of clouds is a little bit confusing. great job, though!

There is a problem with the clouds. The are as real as the Bravais arc. The weren't merged but are part of the photo of the arc. They were really there in the sky just as they are in the photo. I only added the boy on the ladder.
