This is a striking calendar picture for 2009. It is a nice thought you have described for the new year. The picture has good initial impace and fine color harmony. It displays your technical ability, and has much story telling ability.

So many ideas are here and so many techniques that I begin to get a feeling of overload. Maybe one element, apart from the words could have been slightly sharper so that there does not remain the feeling that it has all somehow slipped away. It certainly is brave. Nick

I didn't got a feel of overload. It's New Year, colors, dance, firework, fiesta, party, happiness and new beginning. I live in a land of colors. The appearance of the collage was intentional and planned that way. But it's good that we have different views of things so we could discuss them. Otherwise our art and culture end up in stagnation.
