Hi Cleo, i love Quintana Roo! This is the perfect shot! The ripples are so gentle and soft, giving the picture a relaxing, peaceful feel. I love how the sunrise colors play off the ripples. This is just beautiful and the ultimite contest entry!

You are one of the few who realised that this is a sunrise not a sunset. You must have seen something similar on your travels. Did you?

Hi Cleo, i read your notes, it clearly said at the beginning. I always enjoy and appreciate the artists notes. I didn't see a sunrise this pretty, but i did. I'm a morning person through in and through out! The best part of the day. Everything is fresh and unspoiled.

Lovely photo of this sunset. I like the silhoutte you have here. The ripples in the water kind of match the way the clouds are in the sky and form a kind of line divide look. Especially like the swirling effect of the water bottom left. The last bit of sun is a very cool look. Enjoyed viewing your photo. Annie

This is so awesome! Nicely done with the lighting and the angle of this shot. Ilove the colour of the sky and the silhouette you have been able to create. The ripples onthe water create a wonderful atmosphere for the photo.

Nice composition - nice effect, the rippling water draws your eyes upwards like and arrow pointing you to the setting sun...which bounces you back down to the water which reflects it's dying rays along the ribs of the ripples. Very nice - thanks for sharing!~nan
