This is so great, this way I felt today while visiting my sister, it was hard to climb the stairs to her house because of the ice or it looked more like glass. And it was even worst when I needed to go back home. This painting is presenting my feelings at that moment, I wanted the spring to come and make the ice go away, at least until I pass:) Excellently composed, great in its minimalistic approach.Thank you for sharing.

Love the simplicity of your pictures. Sometimes people think that the more in a picture the better but not to me. Like the silhouetted figure with the hood for a great focal point. Like the steps giving great perspective. Snow adds more interest. Colors and lighting are great and creativity of presentation. Susan:)

Good creativity and thinkiing. I'm thinking we're all looking forward to spring. It's not an overall exciting piece (sorry) and there isn't alot of detail. But we all have to start somewhere and this is a really good start. Thank you for sharing this.

Nice and simple still gets the point across. I would not have seen it just like that if I hadn't read you description. I also had a little trouble distinguishing the stairs. Cute idea-nicely done.
