Outstanding in the realm of photos with a purpose, cleo. And also for a nature photo.

Not only do you bring a special vision to us with this image, but you also instill many thoughts (which in my opinion is also a purpose of the art of photography) - not the least of which is how long did you have to wait for the "new dress" to arrive.

So much to engage the mind when one thinks of new life emerging; a scene also from the where and how life was able to reside during the birthing process; where the spirit lived and how the holes in the leaf represent her sustenance.

I like the richness of your colors and the variations of greens and browns. Not only does it 'show' nature - it is 'nature'. I also like your composition with the sticks and stems and how so many variables fit into the overall presence of the image.

Beautifully awaited and even more beautifully captured.

Thank you so much four again seeing what is the message of the picture. I'm more than surprised by the response to the photo. I was thinking I would get all kinds of critique for having the eaten leave in and her 'home' the vines and sticks and stems, for dull colors and white sky but nothing of it is happen this time. It seams as if the wonder of new life and the 'real nature' look smothered all critique. That is the best reward I ever got since that is what I try to do. Showing the "real thing" not a beautified version.
Thank you again for understanding it.

So nice to hear that the reality of you intent is coming across and people are responding. And feel so good about the nice "surprises" of reactons. Credit is due though to your exceptional photos.

This is amazing Cleo85! What a fantastic job you have done on this. Your angle has captured the nature phenomenon well! Nicely done with the angle and the light of this. The butterfly is such an unusual site! I Have not seen one like this before!

Cleo this is a wonderful capture. How in the world did you catch this butterfly at this stage. Not only is the butterfly beautiful but it looks like he is sad to leave the cocoon that he evolved from. Clear and focused. Good job.

Thank you so much. I was watching the cocoon for some time but was still lucky to catch her this way.

This photo is absolutely beautiful. It automatically caught my eye with just a glance. I have never seen anything like this captured, which must have been difficult. But very well done. It is one of a kind.

What a beautiful capture of the freshly-emerged butterfly. I love the details that you captured. Wonderful lines and crisp colors. I think it is appropriate that you got "her" leaves in the background. Great job.

Thank you for the beautiful review. I find it appropriate to show her leafs too but I know I will earn some critique for it. Thanks for understanding my intention.

The message is may doubled. I already send it once but your review popped up as new. Something doesn't work with the site today. I had trouble all morning.

Thank you so much for your review and understanding my intention. I find "her leaves" in the background appropriate too but probably will earn some negative critique for it.
